Orders and Shipping

You can change your shipping address in your account dashboard, under address tab. If you made an order and willing to change your shipping, you can do so while the order is still in processing status, all orders marked as shipped, can not be changed. In any occasion of a problem, please feel free to contact our support.

You can track your order under My account > Orders> Selecting your order and clicking on “Order Tracking”.

We are proccessing our payment via Stripe and PayPal company, all protected with 128-bit SSL, both not storing any Credit Card data after proccessing the payment. None of the sensitive information is kept on our servers.

All of our products already including all US sales taxes. However for EU countries VAT may be charged. All other regions are resonsible for paying their taxes on their own.

We ship World Wide, excluding: Russian Federation (as agression country), Ukraine (as attacked country), Afghanistan, Somolia.

In a case you have ordered multiply items from our shop, all of them will come in one shipping package.

Our specialist will guide you throug the process of return the wrong item and provide you with all needed information.

In any case of demaged order, please contact our support team at online chat or at [email protected].

To return an item, please email customer support at support[@] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Sure, you can cancle or make change order in status “Proccessing”. However, orders in status “Shipped” or “Compleeted” can not be changed. 

Sure, just click on pre-order button on products page, as soon as the product will be in stock again, we will proccess you order firs.
